Can I have an update on my Preorder?
As we receive a large volume of emails:- We would ask that you first check the date that you submitted and paid for your order.
Please then count the weeks from the date you paid. You do need to allow up to 10 weeks for delivery and we will always let you know when your items have been dispatched, so you will know that the packet is on its way to you.
Please check your emails regularly, and if you still have a question please contact us.
How long before I receive my Preorder Dresses?
Pre order means that delivery of your dresses can take up to 6-10 weeks.
You need to allow up to 6-10 weeks for delivery.
What is a Fabric Sample?
A fabric sample is a small swatch of fabric used to check the colour and quality of the fabric.
Do you have Fabric Samples for Dresses?
Yes, we have Fabric Samples available on our site for most styles.
Please check through our categories where you will find them.
What way does sizing work for Preorder Dresses?
We find that the following buying tip works 99.9% of the time. You can always send us through your measurements and we will help with sizing.
These dresses are a small fitting, therefore, we advise customers to bear this in mind when ordering i.e. if you are normally a perfect 10 you should opt for the 10-12 – NOT 8–10 normally a perfect 12 opt for the 12-14 etc.
Do you have some Preorder dresses in stock?
Please check our in stock category for dresses in stock.
However, if you are looking for a particular dress and it is not in the in stock category, drop us a mail with the dress code the colour and size required as we may still have it – we will check our stockroom and get back to you.
Do you have a shop we can visit to try on Dresses?
Yes we have a shop, we open by appointment only. You will find the shop address on the home page or contact page.
We also sell online or over the phone.
You can also have sample dresses sent out for fitting.
Do you charge for Sample Dresses?
We do charge for sample dresses but you will be fully refunded when they are returned.
How do I return an Item?
You will find the returns address on the return slip included with your item. Please complete the returns slip fully.
As soon as we receive your return we will be in touch re your refund/exchange.
To ensure a speedy refund/exchange it is imperative that all details are included on the slip, otherwise there may be a delay in processing your refund/exchange.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, we actually offer a flat rate shipping, so no matter how many items you purchase there will only be one charge. We also only charge actual delivery cost.
Do you ship internationally/ worldwide?
Yes we ship to most countries.
Will I have to pay Customs/Import Taxes or Duties on my items?
We are based in Northern Ireland so our customers in Ireland, United Kingdom and the European Union will not have to pay any customs charges on their purchases from us.
Customers Outside the EU: Please check with your local Customs Authority.
How do I exchange an item?
You will find the returns address on the return slip included with your item.
Please complete the return slip fully . As soon as we receive your return we will be in touch re your exchange. To ensure a speedy exchange, it is imperative that all details are included on the slip.
What type of Payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards in store and by phone.
We also use Paypal secure checkout and you may pay using your Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron through Paypal checkout.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal checkout.
